NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- With the Federal Reserve's decision to not taper, TheStreet's Jim Cramer told Mad Money research director Nicole Urken what sectors he thinks will finish strong this year.
Cramer suggested that investors stick with what's worked thus far in 2013, and likes high-growth biotech stocks in the low inflation environment. He likes Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (REGN), Celgene (CELG), Gilead Sciences (GILD), and Biogen Idec (BIIB).
Consumer-discretionary stocks, particularly GameStop (GME), should continue to do well, especially with the launch of Grand Theft Auto V.
Cramer said that financial stocks, despite a flat yield curve, should also do well. Stocks such as E-Trade Financial (ETFC), Charles Schwab Corp. (SCHW) and Lincoln National (LNC) should all be bought, although Lincoln National has been under pressure, he admitted. -- Written by Bret Kenwell in Petoskey, Mich. Follow @BretKenwell

One under-$10 nano-biopharmaceutical player that's starting to trend within range of triggering a big breakout trade is Nanoviricides (NNVC), which engages in the discovery, development and commercialization of anti-viral therapeutics primarily in the U.S. This stock has been ripping to the upside so far in 2013, with share up big by 198%.
If you take a look at the chart for Nanoviricides, you'll notice that this stock has recently formed a double bottom chart pattern at $4.55 to $4.52 a share. Following that bottom, shares of NNVC have now started to uptrend and move within range of triggering a big breakout trade. That trade will hit if NNVC manages to take out the upper-end of its recent sideways trading chart pattern, which has seen NNVC trend between $4.55 and $5.74 a share.
Traders should now look for long-biased trades in NNVC if it manages to break out above some near-term overhead resistance levels at Friday's high of $4.94 a share to its 50-day moving average of $5.28 a share, and then once it takes out some more key overhead resistance levels at $5.72 to $5.74 a share with high volume. Look for a sustained move or close above those levels with volume that hits near or above its three-month average volume of 234,994 shares. If that breakout triggers soon, then NNVC will set up to re-test or possibly take out its next major overhead resistance levels at $6.50 to its 52-week high at $7.59 a share.
Traders can look to buy NNVC off weakness to anticipate that breakout and simply use a stop that sits right below some key near-term support levels at $4.55 to $4.52 a share. One can also buy NNVC off strength once it starts to clear those breakout levels with volume and then simply use a stop that sits a comfortable percentage from your entry point.

In our view, we are/were in a biotech bull-run vs. biotech bubble. We remain bullish for the 2014 year-end biotech sector performance: (1) we do expect continued sector-wide volatility; (2) there are elements of the biotech sector which are analogous between ’99/’00 (biotech bubble) and ’13/’14 (biotech bull) markets – most notably, a relative plethora of platform/early-stage companies however, we highlight that the business models for platform technology companies in ’99/’00 and ’13/’14 are markedly different now, new gen platform technology companies are actually trying to bring products to market (vs. just selling tools and services). (3) For the large-caps, unless we see fundamental disappointment(s) from the eadershipcompanies, we think their valuations actually provide room for upside (Large-cap biotech is now trading at a 2016 PE discount, but 4 times the EPS growth, to/of the S&P500). Our two keys picks in large-cap land remain [Biogen (BIIB) and Gilead Sciences].

The CEO
The success of a biotech company all begins with its leader. A biotech CEO is the person who's ultimately responsible for the success of a company's pipeline and the launch of any drugs approved by the Food and Drug Administration. In this category, there isn't a CEO that I'd rather have leading my biotech dream team than Biogen Idec's (NASDAQ: BIIB ) George Scangos. - [By Keith Speights]
Easy as A-B-C?
While the initial drop stemmed from first-quarter results, some of the fall in Amgen stock is due to additional factors. Other big biotechs dropped during part of the same time frame from general market pressures. Take a look at the "ABCs" of big biotech -- Amgen, Biogen Idec (NASDAQ: BIIB ) , and Celgene (NASDAQ: CELG ) .

Advisors' Opinion:- [By WWW.DAILYFINANCE.COM] Records fell on Wall Street Friday as another solid report on housing lifted the market for the second day in a row. There's a three-day weekend coming up -- something that often prompts investor caution -- but the gains were broad-based even though volume was fairly light. The VIX, which measures volatility, fell to its lowest level this year. The Dow Jones industrial average (^DJI) gained 63 points, the Nasdaq composite (^IXIC) rose 31, and the Standard & Poor's 500 index (^GPSC) added 8, topping the record high set last week. The Dow Transportation average also raced to an all-time high, lifted by airline stocks. United (UAL) soared more than 4 percent; Delta (DAL) gained more than 1 percent and Southwest (LUV) gained 2 percent. Southwest is at an all-time high, up 79 percent from a year ago. New home sales bounced back with a better than expected 6.4 percent increase last month. Lennar (LEN) and D.R. Horton (DHI) both rose 4 percent. Pulte (PHM), Beazer (BZH) and Hovnanian (HOV) also solid posted gains. Earnings continue to drive retail stocks. Gap (GPS) edged higher even though net fell. Foot Locker (FL) gained 1½ percent after topping expectations. GameStop (GME) rose 4 percent. Its net rose, helped by the rollout last year of new Xbox and PlayStation consoles. Zumiez (ZUMZ) rose 5½ percent on an earnings beat. But Aeropostale (ARO) tumbled 24 percent. Its loss widened and sales declined. The retailer continues to struggle with teen fashion trends. Also on the earnings front, TiVo (TIVO) rose 2 percent as it swung to a profit from a year ago loss. It also reported an increase in the number of subscribers. Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) rose 6 percent on news the company plans to eliminate up to 16,000 additional workers in an effort to cut costs. And several stocks extended big moves from yesterday. Best Buy (BBY) rose more than 3 percent for the second straight day after earnings beat expectations. Isis Pharmaceuticals (ISIS) jumped

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Jonas Elmerraji]
It's been a good year to own shares of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (REGN); in the last 12 months, the biopharma stock has rallied around 50%. But after a big move higher this past year, shares of REGN are starting to roll over. And it doesn't take an expert technical analyst to see why.
That's because shares of Regeneron are currently forming a downtrending channel, a price setup that's formed by a pair of parallel trendlines bounding REGN's share price movement. When it comes to price channels, it's about as simple as it gets: Up is good, and down is bad. So now, as Regeneron bounces off of trendline resistance, shares look ready for another leg lower.
The underperformance in REGN is compounded by horrible relative strength at the bottom of the chart. That relative strength line is a particularly important indicator to keep an eye on now, and more underperformance in REGN looks even more likely as a result.
